Today is Memorial Day. I went on a picnic with my friend Jennie today. We went to Cascade Springs, which I had never visited before, followed by Memorial Hill, which she had never visited before. There was so much breath-taking beauty all around that I couldn't stop snapping pictures! This one fit the entire trip though. It was a perfect day, and a wonderful trip.
How grateful I am for the men and women who serve our country, and defend my freedom so that I can enjoy days like today in peace!
