A great Sabbath

Wow, so, today was possibly one of the greatest days ever! First of all I finally got a calling at church to be the Relief Society pianist, and my setting apart provided both the comfort and guidance I've been needing.

Then, I had the following chat with a dear friend online:
Friend
: Hey friend.
me
: Hi there! How are you?
Friend: Very well.Have I ever told you how I love it when you tell people what you think?me: Really? Thanks.

Friend
: Mals, you're seriously like the greatest person in the world and I think we all take you for granted

So to see you call people on it is rather...

I don't know...

Let's just say it's good for people to get a wake up call now and again

me
: Friend, you totally just made my day! Thank you!
Friend
: Just being honest.

I'm sure there were days when I drove you nuts.

But you were always to nice to make me realize it.

me
: Well, yeah, but as best friends we got over that right? ;-)

Friend
: You bet.me
: Haha. Good times.

Friend
: Yeah.
Friend
: Well, gotta go Mals
Nice talking to you
me
: Ditto. Talk to you later!
Ladies and gentlemen, that is a true friend! I have been blessed to be surrounded by good people in my life who help me to see things in myself that I often fail to notice. So, thank you, friend, for helping me to seeing these things, and taking the time to call them to my attention. Truly, "there is nothing better than a friend, unless it is a friend with chocolate!" ~ Charles Dickens. :)

The last thing that was really nice was my roommates and I went up the Canyon and had another dear friend take roommate pictures for/with us. It was so much fun! Pictures coming soon.

Anyway, today was lovely thanks to many people and relationships that I deeply cherish. So, thank you everyone! I wish each of you a day as good as mine was today.

Love,
Me
